崗位職責/職位描述
1.?Performance Monitor.?Assisting Trainer to?follow?up actions with departments to improve ratings.
服務質量監控系統:幫助培訓教員與部門共同進行跟進行動以提高得分;
2.?Build up good working relationship with the personnel in the other departments.
與其他部門的人員建立良好的合作關系;
3.?Co-ordinate with Personnel Department on new hire and co-ordinate orientation.
與人事部門協調新員工事宜并相應協調入職培訓事宜;
4.?Combine the?feedback from employees after training.
整理合并培訓后員工的反饋;
5.?Assist Trainer?to communicate?and co-ordinate with other Departments for the list of participants for all kinds of training in the hotels.
幫助培訓教員與其他部門溝通協調酒店內舉行的各種培訓的參加培訓人員名單;
6.?Assist Trainer to?co-ordinate?and follow up with Banquet Department for booking of function rooms as training venues especially for the management training.
幫助培訓教員與宴會部協調并跟進預定功能廳作為培訓室事宜,尤其是管理培訓;
