崗位職責/職位描述
Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing catering-related opportunities. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. ?Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. ?Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. ?Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Provides service to our customers in order to grow the account on behalf of DYT MGM, across the enterprise.
負責主動征求及管理宴會活動有關(guān)的商業(yè)機會。積極地增售每一個商業(yè)機會以最 大限度地提高收收益。實現(xiàn)個人和團隊的收入目標。確保會議/宴會活動的正確銜接以及時提供適當?shù)姆铡Ｘ撠熗ㄟ^在每個客戶體驗的細節(jié)提供卓越的服務提高客戶的忠誠度。代表釣魚臺美高梅，為我們的客戶提供服務，以在整個企業(yè)中發(fā)展該客戶。
1.?To follow all DMH Events Standards for answering phone enquiries, handling email enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting Hotel Tours, planning Events, creating Event Confirmations, Event execution and Event follow-up.
按釣美會議宴會標準回答所有電話詢問、處理電郵詢問、制作建議書和合同、主持酒店參觀活動、策劃會議宴會、創(chuàng)建會議宴會確認單、執(zhí)行并跟蹤會議宴會。
2.?To maintain complete records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as per DMH's .Policies & Procedures.
根據(jù)釣美的政策和程序維護酒店全部銷售協(xié)議、合同和報價的完整記錄。
3.?Together with your Event Planning Team, to be primarily responsible for planning and executing events after the Event Sales Team have received a signed contract and deposit from the client.
在會議宴會銷售團隊從客戶那里收到簽訂的合同及定金后，與您的會議宴會策劃團隊一起主要負責策劃和執(zhí)行會議宴會。
4.?To look after personal 'repeat business' contacts from enquiry to conversion to execution.

5.?To follow the?DMH?Standards in relation to Events.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
崗位要求
1. At least 5 years?experience in five star hotel
五年以上五星級酒店工作經(jīng)驗
2.?Fluent in both verbal & written English & Mandarin
出色的普通話及英語的口語和寫作能力
3.?Ability to use Sales and Front Office computer systems.
能夠使用銷售和前廳部電腦系統(tǒng)
4. Knowledge of local & international market.?
對本地市場及國際市場有基本的了解
