崗位職責/職位描述
1.The electrical supervisor must conduct timely maintenance and preventive maintenance based on operational requirements, and perform routine inspections of the power distribution and lighting systems. The inspection scope includes, but is not limited to, high-voltage switches, transformers, low-voltage switches, overvoltage protection circuits, grounding protection devices, electricity meters, compensation capacitors, DC charging devices, diesel generators, low-voltage dimmers, and surge arresters within the hotel. This ensures all equipment remains in an efficient and cost-effective operational state.
強電主管需根據運營需求，及時開展維修與預防性維護工作，并對日常配電及燈光照明系統進行運行檢查，檢查范圍包括但不限于酒店內的高壓開關、變壓器、低壓開關、過壓保護電路、接地保護裝置、電量計量表、補償電容器、直流充電裝置、柴油發電機、弱電調光器及避雷器設備等，確保各類設備始終處于高效、經濟的運行狀態。
2.The decoration supervisor must promptly perform maintenance and repair work on hotel facilities, including but not limited to furniture, wallpaper, interior decoration, woodwork, flooring, wall paint, stone, and various decorative items.
裝修主管需及時開展酒店設施的維護與維修工作，涉及范圍包括但不限于酒店內的家具、墻紙、室內裝修、木裝飾、地板、墻面漆、石材及各類裝飾物等。
3.The?HVAC?Supervisor?Accept maintenance tasks assigned by the engineering department, efficiently and cost-effectively install and perform routine preventive maintenance for the hotel HVAC system, ensuring its stable and efficient operation.
暖通主管接受工程部安排的維修任務，以高效、低成本的工作方式開展酒店暖通系統的安裝及日常預防性維修保養工作，持續保障暖通系統高效穩定運行。
4.The?Boiler Supervisor?Responsible for maintaining steam boiler systems, pressure vessels, pipelines, and related electromechanical equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation; collaborating with the Safety and Quality Supervision Bureau to complete annual boiler inspections; formulating daily, weekly, and monthly work allocation plans based on the actual needs of steam boiler systems, and tracking the implementation of maintenance until compliance is achieved.
鍋爐主管負責維護蒸汽鍋爐系統、壓力容器、管道及相關機電設備，確保設備安全高效運行；配合安全質量監督局完成鍋爐年度檢驗工作；依據蒸汽鍋爐系統的實際需求，制定每日、每周及每月的工作分配計劃，并跟進維修落實情況直至達標。
