崗位職責/職位描述
Under the direction of the Outlet Manager, and to assist the Outlet Manager in coordinating and managing the operation. To?provide supervision of the department, operational associates, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict accordance with hotel policy. To continually strive to build up new customers, at the same time retain the loyalty of current guests and assist in creating innovative new promotions in order to maximize outlet profit. To be overseeing?and directing all aspects of outlet, responsible for guest service, organization and administration and managing of the?outlet to exceed guest expectation.
服從餐廳經理的管理,協助全日餐廳經理管理部門的正常運營,對部門運營員工進行全面的監督,確保標準和服務與酒店的管理政策嚴格地保持一致。持續地吸引新客人并同時保持對忠誠客人的關心,協助酒店為客人提供具有創意的想法從而使利益最 大化。能夠監督與引導送餐部的發展方向,并且對客人服務,部門的組織管理負責,使我們的服務超越客人的期望。
1.?Knowledgeable and responsible for all outlets related systems to include (POS, payroll management, work orders, cashiering and Table management)
充分了解和熟知并負責相關部門的后臺運營系統(POS終端,薪資管理,工作指令,收銀賬戶操作和餐桌管理)
2.?Responsible to drive the guest engagement and guest relations of your specific outlet
推動所負責部門的良好客戶關系
3.?Ensures that associates also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate
確保員工同樣在適當的時候為其他部門的內部客人提供同樣優質服務
4.?Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following, through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
禮貌而高效地處理所有客人和內部客人的投訴和詢問,確保問題得到圓滿解決
5.?Personally and frequently verifies that guests in the outlet are receiving the best possible service and responsible for all guest recovery and corrective actions

6.?Spends time in the Outlet (during peak periods) to ensure that the Outlet is managed well by the respective associates and functions to the fullest expectations
