崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will take full responsibility for the cleanliness of guest corridors, guest rooms are of the highest calibre and meets the established standards
這個(gè)職位的責(zé)任是全權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)客用走廊和客房的干凈整潔.?確保每個(gè)部位都處在高清潔水平.?并監(jiān)督自己所負(fù)責(zé)的樓層中的客房服務(wù)員并且處理客人提出的特殊要求。
1.?Prepare room attendants daily work assignment.
準(zhǔn)備客房服務(wù)員的每天工作分配表。
2.?Inspect all vacant and occupied rooms to check standards of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and/or supplies. Report any problems to the Room Attendants and follow up.
??視察所有空房以及有人入住的房間,?檢查清潔的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及缺少的客用物品，有任何標(biāo)準(zhǔn)缺欠問題都告知客房服務(wù)員并跟進(jìn)。
3.?Ensure all departure rooms are checked and released promptly for guests check in.
??確保檢查所有已退房間并且盡快釋放以讓新的客人可以及時(shí)入住。
4.?Inspect all VIP rooms ensuring that all special requests and amenities have been set up
仔細(xì)檢查貴賓房,確保考慮到客人的所有特殊要求并且提供適當(dāng)?shù)目陀梦锲贰?/p>
5.?Spot check Room Attendants and ensure that proper cleaning procedures and steps are taken at all times.
??對客房服務(wù)員進(jìn)行抽查,?并確保他們無論何時(shí)都進(jìn)行正確的清潔程序和步驟。
6.?Follow up on all guest requests and provide prompt service with minimum delay.
跟進(jìn)所有的客人要求,?并及時(shí)提供服務(wù),?不可稍作延誤。
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
崗位要求
1. Minimum 4 years experience in housekeeping department or 2 years in supervisory levels.?
至少擁有4年以上客房部工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或兩年主管等級的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. Well versed with Housekeeping machinery and cleaning equipment.?
對客房部機(jī)電設(shè)備和清潔設(shè)備非常精通
3. Acquire supervisory skills.
