崗位職責/職位描述

Be responsible for the overall planning and management of the wine, spirits and specialty beverages in the catering department. Independently write and update the wine list, control the quality of the entire wine service process, and provide customized wine service. Build a high-end wine supply chain, implement refined inventory control and risk contingency plans. Plan wine-themed promotion activities, and leverage internal and external resources to empower business. Build a training system to enhance the professional skills of the team in wine service and beverage preparation. Adhere to business compliance, optimize operation strategies through data analysis, and ensure the quality and efficiency of the wine section.

統籌餐飲部葡萄酒、烈酒及特色飲品規劃與管理。策劃、迭代分級酒單和飲品單,把控全流程酒水服務品質,提供定制化侍酒服務,落實精細化庫存管控與風險應急方案。策劃酒水主題推廣活動,聯動內外部資源賦能業務。搭建培訓體系,提升團隊侍酒與飲品制作專業度。嚴守經營合規,通過數據分析優化運營策略,保障酒水板塊品質與效益。
