職位:客房協調員 Housekeeping Coordinator
崗位職責/職位描述
It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will coordinate all guest requests and handle all communication in and out of the Housekeeping Office to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
The coordinator?will handle all communication in and out of the housekeeping office and be responsible for answering telephone calls as well as dealing with requests accordingly

1.?Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception
嚴格遵守服務流程和品牌標準,向我們的客人傳遞品牌精髓的信息以提高客人體驗感和品牌感知度。
2.?Prepare daily payroll and sign records.
準備每日考勤表并簽字記錄。
3.?To take inventory of all Housekeeping guest request supplies.
詳細統計所有住房客人所需的供應品
4.?To control and record all lost and found items turn in by cleaners and room attendants. To follow up on all lost and found inquiry.
要保管并做好記錄所有被清潔員和服務員拾到的遺留物品,以便于跟進、調查
5.?To prepare sign in and out attendant sheet for contract workers .To assist manager in preparing cleaning tasks for contract workers.
給外部承包商員工準備簽到單,協助分配任務給外部承包商
6.?To answer all telephone calls according to procedures.
按照程序接聽所有電話
7.?To liaise and follow up with other department to ensure the efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department.
聯絡其他部門并且與其他部門一起跟進事項,?來確保客房部運作可高效進行
8.?To be knowledgeable in Housekeeping’s computer function.
可以正確的操作客房部電腦功能
