崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
To work with the F&B team to ensure achievement of strategic departmental goals, especially in the area of guest?satisfaction. To be prepared to work flexible shifts at designated area to create a fully multi skilled and productive Food?and Beverage team. Prepare and service beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional?manner.

1.?Presents menu/ drinks list, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to guests
以支持和靈活的態(tài)度與其他員工緊密合作,著眼于整個酒店的成功和酒店客人的滿意度
2.?Takes orders and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures
根據(jù)所定的程序接受點菜并為客人服務(wù)食品及飲料
3.?Knowledge of all POS and cashiering functions
熟悉操作POS終端以及和收銀相關(guān)的功能
4.?Ensures all food and beverage items, equipment and other facilities in the Outlet are maintained according to the Departmental Operation Manual requirements
根據(jù)部門營運指南要求確保部門內(nèi)所有餐飲物品、設(shè)備和其他設(shè)施得到妥善保管和維護
5.?Proficient and knowledge of all menus to include our selection of Food, Beverage, Beer, Wine, spirits and cocktails
熟練掌握菜單并能介紹其選擇包括食品,酒水,啤酒,葡萄酒,烈酒和雞尾酒
6.?Up-sells beverage to increase the revenue
促銷飲品以提高營業(yè)收入
7.?Reports any difficulties or problem to Superior / Assistant Manager for solution or follow up actions
