崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
Under the direction of the?outlet manager, and managing the operation. To?provide supervision of the department, operational associates, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict?accordance with hotel policy. To continually strive to build up new customers, at the same time retain the loyalty of?current guests and assist in creating innovative new promotions in order to maximize outlet profit. To be overseeing?and directing all aspects of outlet, responsible for guest service, organization and administration and managing of the?outlet to exceed guest expectation
服從餐廳經(jīng)理的管理,管理部門的正常運(yùn)營(yíng),對(duì)部門運(yùn)營(yíng)員工進(jìn)行全面的監(jiān)督,確保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和服務(wù)。與酒店的管理政策嚴(yán)格地保持一致。持續(xù)地吸引新客人并同時(shí)保持對(duì)忠誠(chéng)客人的關(guān)心,協(xié)助酒店為客人提供具有創(chuàng)意的想法從而使利益更大化。能夠監(jiān)督與引導(dǎo)餐廳的發(fā)展方向,并且對(duì)客人服務(wù),部門的組織管理負(fù)責(zé),使我們的服務(wù)超越客人的期望。
1.?Preparation of Revenue forecast and plan toward target achievement
協(xié)助餐飲部年度收入預(yù)算經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃的準(zhǔn)備工作和以及完成目標(biāo)
2.?Driving the sale and promoting of the restaurant PDRs
提高餐廳的銷售額及包間推廣促銷
3.?Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information
確保與財(cái)務(wù)記錄的保留、錢款處理和許可以及及時(shí)而準(zhǔn)確的財(cái)政信息的上報(bào)全部符合酒、公司和本地的制度、政策和規(guī)章的規(guī)定
4.?Responsible for the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets
協(xié)助進(jìn)行盤點(diǎn)管理和酒店?duì)I運(yùn)設(shè)備和其他設(shè)施持續(xù)的保存保養(yǎng)
5.?Ensures new technology and equipment are embraced, improving productivity whilst taking work out of the system

6.?Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1.With 3 years above 5 starts hotel working experience at?Chinese?restaurant
具有5星級(jí)以上酒店中餐廳同等3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.Good Leadership skills

4.High energy level with presentation skills
