崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
Under the direction of the Outlet Manager, and to assist the Outlet Manager in coordinating and managing the operation. To?provide supervision of the department, operational associates, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict
accordance with hotel policy. To continually strive to build up new customers, at the same time retain the loyalty of current guests and assist in creating innovative new promotions in order to maximize outlet profit. To be overseeing?and directing all aspects of outlet, responsible for guest service, organization and administration and managing of the?outlet to exceed guest expectation
服從餐廳經(jīng)理的管理，協(xié)助全日餐廳經(jīng)理管理部門(mén)的正常運(yùn)營(yíng)，對(duì)部門(mén)運(yùn)營(yíng)員工進(jìn)行全面的監(jiān)督，確保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和服務(wù)與酒店的管理政策嚴(yán)格地保持一致。持續(xù)地吸引新客人并同時(shí)保持對(duì)忠誠(chéng)客人的關(guān)心，協(xié)助酒店為客人提供具有創(chuàng)意的想法從而使利益更大化。能夠監(jiān)督與引導(dǎo)送餐部的發(fā)展方向，并且對(duì)客人服務(wù)，部門(mén)的組織管理負(fù)責(zé)，使我們的服務(wù)超越客人的期望。
