職位:前臺主管 Front Desk Supervisor
崗位職責/職位描述
Ensure the daily?department management and coordinate front desk manager & front office manager delivering the brand promise.
前臺主管負責確保前臺日常基本運營與管理配合前臺經(jīng)理與前廳經(jīng)理實現(xiàn)品牌承諾。
1.?Report deficiencies and mistakes in the operation of the hotel to the superior.
向上級報告酒店在營業(yè)中存在的不足與失誤。
2.?Administer inspection of the facility, services and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are uncompromised.?
視察相應區(qū)域的設施設備以及服務,保證他們的質(zhì)量。
3.?Be responsible for the preparation before the arrival of the team, confirm the total room rate of the team to ensure the correct collection.
負責團隊抵店前的準備工作,確認團隊總房價以確保正確收款。
4.?Be familiar with room rates, discounts, packages, hotel facilities and special events, and ensure that the receptionist understands them correctly.
熟悉房價、折扣、包價、酒店設施和特殊活動等相關知識,同時確保接待員正確掌握。
5.?Spot check all arrival registration cards and ensures details are entered accurately.
抽查客人的入住登記卡,確保準確錄入客人資料。
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
崗位要求
A minimum of 2 years as?Front Desk??in a similar size hotel
至少擁有在相當規(guī)模酒店2年酒店前臺崗位的經(jīng)驗
College degree or above
大專及以上學歷
Fluent in both verbal & written English & Mandarin
出色的普通話及英語的口語和寫作能力
