崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
Assist the Guest Service Center Manager in supervising and directing all aspects of service, assist the Guest Service Center Manager in coordinating guest needs, special requests and requests to ensure excellent and value for money service.

1.?Provides comprehensive concierge information to our clients, including local and regional attractions, restaurants, theatres, special events, tickets, confirmations and other effective services.

2.?Develop and maintain close customer relationships to ensure the loyalty of MGM members.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
崗位要求
1.2 years work at?Guest Service Center?in a similar size hotel.
應(yīng)具備在相當(dāng)規(guī)模酒店2年總機工作的經(jīng)驗
2.College degree or above
大專及以上學(xué)歷
3.Fluent in both verbal & written English & Mandarin
出色的普通話及英語的口語和寫作能力
