崗位職責/職位描述
Cooperate?with?Chief Concierge supervises and directs all aspects of?concierge service, leading the coordination of guest needs, special requests and requests to ensure excellence and value for money in delivering the brand promise.
配合首席禮賓司，監督和指導禮賓部員工服務的各方面工作，領導協調客人的需求，特殊要求和請求來確保為客人提供卓越和超值的服務，從而實現品牌承諾。
1.?Coordinate all aspects of the concierge to ensure a steady operation and have the highest customer satisfaction.
配合領導協調禮賓部的各個方面，確保一直平穩運營和具有更高的客戶滿意度。
2.?Concierge activities and luggage service personnel to implement supervision and guidance.
對禮賓臺的活動和行李服務人員實施監督和指導。
3.?Responsible for the selection and distribution of the guest's letters and administrative letters, and no one receives the letter back to the sender.
負責挑選和分發客人的信件及行政信件，并將無人接收的信件送返發信人。
4.?Provide guests that may be of interest to all about hotel services, local places of interest, such as restaurants, doctors, sightseeing information.
提供客人可能感興趣的關于酒店所有服務、當地名勝、餐館、醫生、觀光等方面的信息。
5.?Recommend the hotel catering to guests first place of business, familiar with the business premises of the business hours and their own expertise.
優先向客人推薦本酒店的餐飲營業場所，熟知這些營業場所的營業時間和各自的特長。
6.?Ensure that the lobby always keep clean and tidy.
確保大堂始終保持整潔。
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
崗位要求
1.2 years?concierge work experience in a similar size hotel
應具備在相當規模酒店禮賓部2年工作的經驗
2.College degree or above
大專及以上學歷
3.Fluent in both verbal & written English & Mandarin
出色的普通話及英語的口語和寫作能力
