職位：工程技術員 Engineering Technician
崗位職責/職位描述
1. Employees must perform timely maintenance on all hotel facilities, including furniture, wallpaper, interior finishes, woodwork, flooring, wall paint, stone fixtures, and decorative elements.
員工需及時對酒店的設備設施進行維護保養，具體包括酒店內的家具、墻紙、室內裝修、木裝飾、地板、墻面漆、石器及各類裝飾物等。
2.?Mechanical technicians must perform timely repairs and preventive maintenance, while conducting routine inspections of mechanical systems. This includes monitoring the operation of the hotel's chilled and hot water supply systems, sprinkler fire suppression systems, drainage systems, piping networks, laundry facilities, and kitchen equipment, ensuring all devices remain in optimal and cost-effective condition.
機修工需及時開展維修與預防性維護保養工作，并對日常機械系統運行狀況進行檢查，具體包括但不限于酒店內冷水及熱水供應系統、消防噴淋系統、排水系統、管道系統、洗衣房設施及廚房設施等的運行情況，確保設備始終處于高效且經濟的運行狀態。
3.?Proactively perform maintenance and repair of hotel HVAC systems, including central air conditioning, split-type air conditioners, kitchen refrigeration units, air-source heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
暖通工及時開展酒店暖通設施的維修保養工作，具體涵蓋酒店中央空調系統、分體式空調、廚房制冷設備、空氣能熱泵及供排風系統等。
4. Assist the low-voltage supervisor in managing daily hotel maintenance tasks, ensuring all operations are executed to our professional standards to meet guest expectations and requirements.
協助弱電主管處理酒店日常維修工作，確保以本專業高標準完成各項任務，滿足客人的期望與需求。
5.?Power technicians must perform timely maintenance and preventive maintenance according to operational requirements, conducting routine inspections of power distribution and lighting systems. The scope includes but is not limited to high-voltage switches, transformers, low-voltage switches, overvoltage protection circuit, grounding protection devices, electricity meters, compensation capacitors, DC charging devices, diesel generators, low-voltage dimmers, and surge arresters within the hotel, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and economically.
強電工需根據運營需求及時開展維修與預防性維護工作，并對日常配電及燈光照明系統進行運行檢查，涉及范圍包括但不限于酒店內的高壓開關、變壓器、低壓開關、過壓保護電路、接地保護裝置、電量計量表、補償電容器、直流充電裝置、柴油發電機、弱電調光器及避雷器設備等，確保設備始終處于高效、經濟的運行狀態。
