To ensure guests are provided with professional and courteous services according to brand standard.

1.?Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception

2.?Ensures the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times
確保始終提供優異的對客服務
3.?Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.

4.?Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
