To assist the Outlet Supervisor?in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
協助餐廳主管遵循既定的理念高效的管理餐廳，始終提供周到、專業、高效和靈活的服務。
Ensure the smooth conduct of the shift through customer focused service delivery.

2.?Ensures that associates also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate
