崗位職責/職位描述
To assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
協助餐廳經理遵循既定的理念高效的管理餐廳，始終提供周到、專業、高效和靈活的服務。
Ensure the smooth conduct of the shift through customer focused service delivery and effective staff supervision. Promotes the desired work culture and the brand ethos.
以服務顧客為中心確保穩定運作，并有效監督員工，圍繞酒店的核心價值和品牌精神開展工作。
1.?Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception
嚴格遵守服務流程和品牌標準，向我們的客人傳遞品牌精髓信息以提高客人體驗感和品牌感知度
2.?Provide Service to guests with the highest level of engagement

3.?Ensures that associates also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
崗位要求
1. With 2 years above 5 starts hotel working experience at Chinese?restaurant
具有5星級以上酒店中餐廳同級工作2年以上相關工作經驗
2. Good Leadership and Training skills
良好的領導力和培訓技能
3. Good organization skills
良好的組織能力
