崗位職責/職位描述
To assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
Ensure the smooth conduct of the shift through customer focused service delivery and effective staff supervision. Promotes the desired work culture and the brand ethos.?

1.?Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception
嚴格遵守服務流程和品牌標準,向我們的客人傳遞品牌精髓信息以提高客人體驗感和品牌感知度
2.?Provide Service to guests with the highest level of engagement
提供高水準的服務
3.?Ensures that associates also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate

4.?Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following, through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily

1.?With 2year above 5 starts hotel working experience at Banquet Service
具有5星級以上酒店宴會服務同級工作2年以上相關工作經驗
2.?Good Leadership and Training skills
