崗位職責/職位描述

To assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

協助部門經理遵循既定的理念高效的管理餐廳,始終提供周到、專業、高效和靈活的服務。

Ensure the smooth conduct of the shift through customer focused service delivery and effective staff supervision. Promotes the desired work culture and the brand ethos.

以服務顧客為中心確保穩定運作,并有效監督員工,圍繞酒店的核心價值和品牌精神開展工作。

1.?Follow the principles of information security protection and ensure the security of relevant information and data in the work

遵循信息安全保護原則,在工作中確保相關信息及數據安全

2.?Assists to improve productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/payroll costs within acceptable guidelines

協助促進工作效率水平的提高以及在適用的原則指引下慎重管理設施設、工資成本的支出

3.?Assists to ensure that the outlet is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise

保遵守品牌承諾以追求利潤更大化為原則進行部門運作

4.?Assists the Outlet Manager to achieve the monthly and annual Budget target and the outlet’s revenue.

協助餐廳經理達到月度和年度個人目標和餐廳營業收入

5.?Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information

確保與財務記錄的保留、錢款處理和許可以及及時而準確的財政信息的上報全部符合酒店、公司和本地的制度、政策和規章的規定

6.?Assists in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets

協助進行盤點管理和酒店營運設備和其他設施持續的保存保養


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

崗位要求

1.?With 2 year and above 5 starts hotel working experience at Lobby Lounge

具有5星級以上酒店大堂吧同級工作2年以上相關工作經驗

2.?Good Leadership and Training skills

良好的領導力和培訓技能

3. Good organization skills

良好的組織能力
