To ensure guests are provided with professional and courteous services according to brand standard.

1.?Personal grooming, hygiene and courtesy are in line with hotel and brand standards

2.?Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception
嚴格遵守服務流程和品牌標準，向我們的客人傳遞品牌精髓信息以提高客人體驗感和品牌感知度
3.?Ensures the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times
確保始終提供優異的對客服務
4.?Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate
