Assist the Chef de Cuisine to ensure the health and safety of the kitchen, food cost control effectively.
協助廚房廚師長確保廚房的衛生和安全,有效的進行食品成本控制。
Your department head to whom you have to report is the respective area Duty Chef.

1.?Ensures a clean, professional appearance according to hotel grooming standards
根據酒店儀容儀表標準,保持干凈專業的儀容儀表
2.?Familiars with the use of equipment in kitchen, practices the hygiene and sanitation procedures.
熟悉廚房設備的用法,實行衛生安全規程
3.?Ensures proper use and cleaning of equipment, practices economy, maintains strict control on food wastage
確保清潔用具的正當使用,嚴格控制食品浪費
4.??Ensure all staff have training, good skill and briefed on the hotel rules and regulations
確保所有員工得到培訓,擁有好的技能并向員工傳達酒店的規章制度
5.?Execute all assigned tasks as directed and delegated from his or her Supervisors or Manager

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
崗位要求
1. at least?8?years of kitchen working experience. Knowledge in food material’s English, can understand the menu and write the menu
至少有八年的廚房工作經驗.?了解食品原材料的英文,?能看懂菜單和寫菜單
2. 2?Year of experience in the same position of similar field
