崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
Under the?F&B Manager, and to assist the?F&B Manager?in coordinating and managing the operation. To?provide supervision of the department, operational associates, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict,?accordance with hotel policy. To continually strive to build up new customers, at the same time retain the loyalty of?current guests and assist in creating innovative new promotions in order to maximize outlet profit. To be overseeing?and directing all aspects of outlet, responsible for guest service, organization and administration and managing of the?outlet to exceed guest expectation
服從餐飲經(jīng)理的管理,協(xié)助餐飲經(jīng)理管理部門的正常運(yùn)營,對部門運(yùn)營員工進(jìn)行全面的監(jiān)督,確保會務(wù)和宴席標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和服務(wù)與酒店的管理政策嚴(yán)格地保持一致。持續(xù)地吸引新客人并同時保持對忠誠客人的關(guān)心,協(xié)助酒店為客人提供具有創(chuàng)意的想法從而使利益更大化。并且對賓客服務(wù)以及部門的組織管理負(fù)責(zé),使我們的服務(wù)超越客人的期望。
1.?Ensures that Food and Beverage associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments
確保餐飲部員工以支持和靈活的態(tài)度與其他部門合作
2.?Tastes and monitors the food and beverage products served throughout the operation, provides feedback where appropriate
在營運(yùn)過程中將對于餐飲產(chǎn)品的檢驗(yàn)和監(jiān)督貫穿始終,并在適當(dāng)?shù)那闆r下做出反饋
3.?Monitors service and food and beverage standards in the Outlet. ?Work with the Executive Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine to take corrective actions where necessary
監(jiān)督宴會的服務(wù)和餐飲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在必要時,與行政副總廚和廚師長一起實(shí)施正確的措施
4.?Conducts frequent and thorough inspections together with the Chef de Cuisines, of the Food and Beverage Operation
與廚師長共同對宴會營運(yùn)進(jìn)行頻繁而全面的檢查
5.?Be a hands-on supervisor and be present at all times in the Outlet, especially during busy periods
作為親身實(shí)踐操作的主管人員,應(yīng)總是留在宴會區(qū)域,尤其是繁忙時段
6.?Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu
對菜單上的所有菜品和飲料有全面的知識和理解,并能推薦菜品和飲料的搭配及促銷

1. With 3 years above 5 starts hotel working experience at Banquet Service
