崗位職責/職位描述
Responsible for serving guests at Guest Service Center, completing all aspects of Guest Service Center service, setting up buffet tables and checking the quality of food produced.?To provide guests with excellent and value for money service.
負責在賓客服務中心向客人提供服務,完成賓客服務中心服務的各方面工作。為客人提供卓越和超值的服務。
1.?Familiar with department knowledge and standard working procedures.
熟知部門知識和標準工作程序。
2.?Check the daily arrival guest report, pay attention to guest preferences and special requirements.
檢查每日預抵賓客報表,留意賓客喜好及特殊要求。
3.?Attend to guest complaints, inquiries and requests, and seek help from supervisors and managers if they cannot resolve the problem themselves.
關注客人的投訴、問詢和請求,如果自己無法解決問題,則將向主管和經理尋求幫助。
4.?Take every opportunity to provide service that exceeds guest expectations.
利用一切機會提供超越客人期望的服務。
5.?Make every effort to ensure that guests leave with a good impression of the service.
盡一切努力確保客人在離店時會對酒店的服務有很好的印象。
6.?Participate in the training, development and performance management of all Guest Service Center staff.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
崗位要求
1. 1 year work experience?in a similar size hotel.
應具備在相當規模酒店1年酒店的工作經驗
2.?Fluent in both verbal & written English & Mandarin
出色的普通話及英語的口語和寫作能力
3.?College degree or above
大專及以上學歷
