廚房行政助理
1.?To assist Executive Chef Office in overall administration work, typing, faxing, photocopying, translation, communications, etc. ?In addition, acts as the department’s liaison officer.
協(xié)助酒店行政總廚處理廚房部門的所有行政工作,包括打字,傳真,影印,溝通等。同時,處理部門的外聯(lián)工作。
2.?To understand the importance of safety and?hotel emergency?at work place.
了解工作區(qū)域的安全重要性及恰當應對酒店的緊急狀況。
3.?To reports any suspicious person, discrepancies, health or safety hazard to Executive Chef.
向行政總廚報告任何可疑人員,變化差異,和危及到健康或安全的各種情況。
4.?To report for duty punctually, excellent grooming with proper uniforms, nametag and shoes at all times, as per police and procedures handbook.
根據(jù)規(guī)章制度,準時上班,保持良好的儀容儀表,包括制服,工作牌及鞋子的穿戴。
5.?To show professional attitude and?be courteous?towards subordinates, colleagues and superiors.
在上級、下屬以及同事面前表現(xiàn)出專業(yè),謙虛的工作態(tài)度和行為。
6.?Approve?EX Chef To do any other assignment as designated by superior(s) of the management.

1.?Participate in regularly organized departmental meetings. Timely grasp the information of departmental business activities

4.?Maintains a comprehensive calendar file to ensure required reports are properly prepared and submitted on a timely basis. ?Distributes incoming/outgoing mail; gathers reference materials and assists in preparation of supportive documents

5.?Answers correspondence and composes memoranda,?speeches and letters from verbal outline or stored examples

6.This position provides the Food and Beverage department with clerical and administrative support while demonstrating professional and timely service to internal and external guests.
