職位描述 Job Description
1.全面負責酒店餐飲、廚房衛生管控,執行衛生檢查并記錄,確保符合品牌與政府標準。
Oversee food and kitchen hygiene, conduct inspections and maintain logs to meet brand and local authority requirements.
2.監督員工衛生操作,落實消殺、健康證、衛生執照辦理,配合衛生部門檢查。
Supervise staff hygiene practices, implement pest control, manage health cards and hygiene license, and coordinate with health authorities.
3.開展衛生培訓,處理食品安全相關投訴與事故,及時上報并跟進整改。
Conduct hygiene training, handle food safety complaints and incidents, report and follow up promptly.
4.完成行政總廚交辦的行政支持、會議匯報及其他食品安全相關工作。
Provide administrative support to Executive Chef, attend meetings and perform other assigned duties.
任職條件 Criteria:
1 年及以上酒店食品安全 / 衛生管理相關經驗,熟悉餐飲衛生規范。
At least 1 year of hotel food safety/hygiene management experience; familiar with F&B hygiene regulations.
2.了解食品衛生法規、消殺管理、健康證與衛生證照辦理流程。
Knowledgeable on food safety laws, pest control, health cards and hygiene licensing procedures.
3.具備檢查、培訓、溝通協調能力,做事嚴謹、原則性強。
With inspection, training and coordination skills; detail-oriented and principled.
