1.協(xié)助保安部經(jīng)理統(tǒng)籌日常運(yùn)營(yíng)，監(jiān)督班組執(zhí)勤、紀(jì)律與儀容儀表，保障酒店安全秩序。

Assist the Security Manager in daily operations, supervise team performance, discipline and grooming to maintain hotel safety and order.

2.熟悉酒店消防、監(jiān)控、應(yīng)急設(shè)備與疏散流程，處置火警、可疑人員、訪客 / 承包商進(jìn)出等安全事件。

Be familiar with hotel fire-fighting, CCTV, emergency equipment and evacuation procedures; handle fire alerts, unauthorized persons, visitor/contractor access and other security incidents.

3.負(fù)責(zé)安全日志、物資盤(pán)點(diǎn)、監(jiān)控運(yùn)行檢查，按時(shí)上報(bào)安全情況與異常事件。

Complete security logbook, inventory check and CCTV operation inspection; report security status and irregularities on time.

4.禮貌高效處理賓客投訴與問(wèn)詢，引導(dǎo)賓客、維護(hù)車(chē)道暢通，提供專(zhuān)業(yè)賓客服務(wù)。

Handle guest complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, assist guests with directions, keep driveway clear and provide professional service.

5.落實(shí)酒店安全制度，物品查驗(yàn)、區(qū)域巡邏，執(zhí)行上級(jí)交辦的其他任務(wù)。

Implement hotel security policies, belongings check and patrols; perform other reasonable duties assigned.

任職條件 Criteria：

1 年及以上酒店保安或同崗位管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉酒店安保與消防應(yīng)急流程。

At least 1 year of hotel security or supervisory experience; familiar with hotel security and fire emergency procedures.

2.熟悉消防設(shè)備、監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、應(yīng)急通訊設(shè)備操作，持有保安證 / 消防證優(yōu)先。

Proficient in fire equipment, CCTV and radio operation; Security Certificate/Fire Safety Certificate preferred.

3.具備現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理、應(yīng)急處置與溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，原則性強(qiáng)、反應(yīng)迅速。

With on-site management, emergency response and coordination skills; principled, responsive and decisive.

4.能適應(yīng)倒班，身體健康，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，無(wú)不良記錄。

Adaptable to shift work, physically healthy, responsible and with no criminal record.
