職位描述 Job Description

1.負責酒店各類宣傳物料的創(chuàng)意設計、排版制作與印刷落地，保障視覺呈現(xiàn)符合酒店品牌標準；

Responsible for creative design, layout and printing of hotel promotional materials, ensuring visual presentation meets hotel brand standards.

2.完成活動主視覺、標識、背景板、廣告畫面等圖文設計，按需求完成創(chuàng)意構思與修改調整；

Complete graphic design including event visuals, logos, backdrops and advertising materials, finish concept development and revisions as required.

3.協(xié)助活動拍攝、物料制作與現(xiàn)場布置，為客房、餐飲及宴會活動提供視覺與道具支；

Assist event photography, material production and on-site decoration, provide visual and prop support for rooms, F&B and banquet events.

4.對接供應商及跨部門協(xié)作，高效推進項目執(zhí)行，保障活動與宣傳工作順利落地；

Coordinate with suppliers and cross-departments, promote project execution efficiently to ensure smooth implementation of events and promotions.

5.遵守酒店規(guī)章制度，保持專業(yè)形象，積極參與培訓與會議，完成上級交辦的其他工作。

Abide by hotel rules and regulations, maintain professional image, participate in training and meetings actively, and complete other tasks assigned by superior.

任職條件 Criteria：

1.具備平面設計、視覺傳達相關專業(yè)背景，熟練使用 PS、AI 等設計軟件。

Major in graphic design or visual communication, proficient in design software such as PS and AI.

2.熟悉酒店宣傳物料設計與印刷工藝，有國際品牌酒店美工相關經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。

Familiar with hotel promotional material design and printing process, experience in international brand hotels is preferred.

3.具備良好審美與創(chuàng)意能力，工作細致高效，溝通協(xié)作能力強。

Good aesthetic and creative ability, careful and efficient work, strong communication and cooperation skills.
