職位描述 Job Description

1.負責酒店線上營銷統(tǒng)籌管理,規(guī)劃并執(zhí)行數(shù)字化推廣活動,優(yōu)化各渠道業(yè)績與收益。
Responsible for hotel online marketing management, plan and execute digital campaigns to optimize performance and revenue across all channels.

2.負責酒店官網(wǎng)及品牌網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容更新、頁面維護、促銷上線與文案撰寫校對,確保品牌形象統(tǒng)一。
Manage hotel official website & brand website content updates, page maintenance, promotion launch, copywriting and proofreading to ensure brand consistency.

3.統(tǒng)籌第三方渠道(OTA、點評平臺、合作網(wǎng)站)運營與關系維護,執(zhí)行渠道營銷計劃并監(jiān)控業(yè)績。
Oversee operation and relationship management of third-party channels (OTA, review platforms, cooperative websites), implement channel marketing plans and monitor performance.

4.負責社交媒體運營、KOL 合作、輿情監(jiān)控及用戶行為分析,持續(xù)優(yōu)化線上推廣效果。
Manage social media operation, KOL cooperation, online reputation monitoring and user behavior analysis, continuously optimize online promotion effectiveness.

5.執(zhí)行線上廣告、關鍵詞投放、活動營銷等項目,輸出渠道分析、營收、點評及轉(zhuǎn)化相關報表。
Implement online advertising, keyword campaigns and event marketing, generate reports on channel analysis, revenue, reviews and conversion.

6.協(xié)調(diào)供應商、跨部門及區(qū)域合作項目,管控線上營銷預算、費用結(jié)算與執(zhí)行進度。
Coordinate vendors, cross-departmental and regional projects, manage digital marketing budget, billing and execution progress.


任職條件 Criteria:

1.2 年及以上國際品牌酒店數(shù)字營銷 / 線上運營 / OTA 管理相關工作經(jīng)驗;
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing, online operation or OTA management in international brand hotels.

2.熟悉酒店官網(wǎng)運營、OTA 渠道管理、社交媒體運營及線上廣告投放邏輯;
Familiar with hotel official website operation, OTA channel management, social media operation and online advertising principles.

3.具備良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力、文案撰寫能力與跨部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。
Good data analysis ability, copywriting skills and cross-departmental communication and coordination ability.

4.英語讀寫流利,熟悉常用數(shù)字化營銷工具與報表系統(tǒng)。
Fluent in written and spoken English, familiar with common digital marketing tools and reporting systems.

5.工作積極主動,責任心強,抗壓能力好,能適應市場節(jié)奏與活動高峰期。
Proactive, responsible, good under pressure, able to adapt to marketing pace and peak event periods.
