職位描述 Job Description
1. 統籌客房日常清潔運營,合理分配客房清掃任務,把控客房清潔質量標準
Oversee daily room cleaning operations, assign cleaning tasks rationally and control room cleaning quality standards
2.巡查客房、公區衛生,檢查布草、客耗品擺放,及時整改不達標區域
Inspect guest rooms and public areas, check linen and amenities placement, rectify substandard areas timely
3. 管理布草、清潔物料庫存,做好申領與盤點,控制客房運營耗材成本
Manage linen and cleaning supplies inventory, complete requisition and stocktaking to control room operating costs
4. 督導客房員工儀容、操作規范,開展班前會,培訓新人清潔流程與服務標準
Supervise housekeeping associate grooming and operating standards, hold pre-shift briefings and train new hires on workflows
5. 對接前廳同步房態,及時處理客房報修、賓客遺留物品及客房相關客訴
Coordinate with front office on room status, handle room maintenance, guest lost items and housekeeping complaints
6. 落實客房衛生、消防安全規范,監督員工做好清潔劑、設備安全使用
Implement room hygiene and fire safety regulations, supervise safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
任職條件 Criteria:
1. 2 年以上高端酒店客房帶班經驗,精通客房清潔流程與質檢標準
Over 2 years housekeeping supervisory experience in international hotels, proficient in cleaning workflows and quality inspection standards
2. 具備成本管控、庫存盤點能力,善于跨部門溝通,可快速處理客房突發問題
Capable of cost control and inventory management, good at cross-department communication and handling room emergencies
3. 擁有團隊帶教管理能力,吃苦耐勞,能適應輪班、節假日及入住高峰
Possess team training and management skills, hard-working, available for shifts and peak occupancy periods
