職位描述 Job Description
1. 統籌酒店大堂、走廊、電梯、衛生間等公區日常保潔工作,管控整體清潔標準
Manage daily cleaning of lobby, corridors, elevators, restrooms and other public areas, control overall cleaning standards
2. 定時巡回檢查各公共區域衛生、設施完好度,發現問題立即安排整改
Conduct regular inspections on hygiene and facility conditions of public areas, arrange rectification immediately for defects
3. 管理清潔耗材、工具庫存,定期盤點申領,合理控制公區運營成本
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and tools, conduct regular stocktaking and requisition to control PA operating costs
4. 管理 PA 班組員工,召開班前會分配工作,督導儀容儀表與標準化操作
Supervise PA team members, hold pre-shift briefings for task allocation, monitor associate grooming and standard operations
5. 配合宴會、活動做好公區前后場清潔布置,聯動前廳、工程等部門協同作業
Support cleaning setup for banquets and events, cooperate with front office, engineering and other departments
6. 落實衛生、消防及化學品安全使用規范,培訓員工安全操作與應急常識
Implement hygiene, fire safety and chemical usage regulations, train associate on safe operation and emergency knowledge
任職條件 Criteria:
1. 2 年及以上高端酒店公共區域管理經驗,熟悉各類公區保潔作業流程
Minimum 2 years PA supervisory experience in international hotels, familiar with all public area cleaning workflows
2. 具備成本管控、庫存管理能力,善于跨部門溝通,可快速處置現場突發情況
Skilled in cost control and inventory management, good at cross-department communication and on-site emergency handling
3. 具備員工帶教能力,執行力強,能適應早中晚輪班及大型活動加班需求
Capable of associates training, strong execution, able to work rotating shifts and overtime during large events
