職位描述 Job Description

1. 統籌洗衣房日常洗滌運營，安排布草、客衣、工服洗滌分揀工作，把控洗滌品質
Oversee daily laundry operations, arrange sorting and washing of linens, guest laundry and associate uniforms, control washing quality

2. 定期巡檢洗滌設備運行狀態，及時上報故障并對接工程部維修保養
Inspect laundry equipment regularly, report malfunctions timely and coordinate maintenance with engineering team

3. 管理洗滌劑、耗材庫存，按需申領盤點，嚴控洗衣房運營損耗與成本
Manage inventory of detergents and supplies, conduct stocktaking and requisition to reduce laundry waste and costs

4. 召開班前會分配工作，監督員工操作規范、儀容儀表，開展崗位技能培訓
Hold pre-shift briefings to assign tasks, supervise associate operation standards and grooming, provide on-the-job training

5. 做好布草收發、盤點登記，核對布草破損丟失情況，跟進破損布草處理流程
Complete linen receiving, delivery and inventory records, count damaged and lost linens and follow up disposal procedures

6. 落實消防安全、化學品使用規范，保障洗衣房作業環境整潔有序
Enforce fire safety and chemical usage regulations, maintain clean and tidy working environment in laundry room

任職條件 Criteria：

1. 2 年以上高端酒店洗衣房帶班經驗，熟悉各類布草、客衣洗滌工藝
Over 2 years laundry supervisory experience in international hotels, familiar with washing procedures for linens and guest garments

2. 具備庫存、成本管控能力，能獨立處理布草破損、洗滌投訴等問題
Capable of inventory and cost control, able to handle linen damage and laundry complaints independently

3. 擁有班組管理帶教能力，吃苦耐勞，可配合客房高峰時段加班值守
Skilled in team management and training, hard-working, available for overtime during high occupancy periods
