1911餐廳是酒店的全日制餐廳,早餐半自助形式,午餐晚餐以套餐和零點為主,餐位有90個左右。
1911 RISTORANTE is the hotel’s all-day dining outlet. It offers semi-buffet breakfast, while set menus and à la carte dishes are available for lunch and dinner, with around 90 seats.

職位描述 Job Description
1. 負責意大利餐廳日常樓面運營,管控午晚餐、西式宴會服務全流程標準
Take charge of daily floor operation of Italian restaurant, manage full service standards for lunch, dinner and western banquets
2. 主持班前會分配崗位,監督員工儀容禮儀、酒水餐品上菜規范
Conduct pre-shift briefings for duty allocation, supervise associate grooming, etiquette and food & beverage serving standards
3. 熟練掌握意式餐酒知識,精準解答賓客菜品疑問,妥善處理各類客訴
Master Italian cuisine and wine knowledge, answer guests’ food inquiries and properly resolve all guest complaints
4. 管控餐具、酒水、物料庫存,定期盤點,合理控制餐廳運營損耗與成本
Manage inventory of tableware, wine and supplies, conduct regular stocktaking to control restaurant waste and costs
5. 培訓員工意餐服務流程、侍酒、點餐技巧,提升團隊整體服務水平
Train associate on Italian dining procedures, wine service and order-taking skills to improve overall team service quality
6. 聯動后廚、采購、前廳團隊,配合餐廳活動、包場做好協同接待工作
Coordinate with kitchen, purchasing and front office teams to support reception for restaurant events and private functions
任職條件 Criteria:
1. 2 年以上高端酒店意大利餐廳樓面管理經驗,精通意餐、葡萄酒基礎知識
Over 2 years floor supervisory experience in international hotel Italian restaurant, proficient in Italian cuisine and basic wine knowledge
2. 具備基礎英語口語溝通能力,擅長客訴處理、庫存盤點與成本管控
English: Able to communicate in basic oral English, skilled in complaint handling, inventory counting and cost control
3. 擁有班組管理與新人帶教能力,適應晚市、節假日及宴會高峰加班
Capable of team management and new associate training, available for overtime during evening shifts, holidays and banquet peaks
