酒店只有兩個會議室(41平和114平)和一個會議前廳區域,該職位在餐飲部管理層的支持下負責宴會廳日常運營。
The hotel has only two meeting rooms (41 sq.m. and 114 sq.m.) plus a foyer area. Supported by the F&B management team, this role oversees daily banquet operations.

職位描述 Job Description
1. 統籌酒店宴會、會議活動全流程現場運營,把控擺臺、服務、流程執行標準
Oversee full on-site operations of banquets and conferences, standardize table setup, service and activity procedures
2. 召開班前會分配崗位,監督員工儀容禮儀、服務規范,做好人員排班調度
Conduct pre-shift briefings for duty allocation, supervise associate grooming & etiquette and arrange manpower scheduling
3. 對接銷售與客戶確認宴會細節,全程跟進活動,及時處理賓客需求與投訴
Coordinate with sales and clients to confirm event details, follow up activities and resolve guest requests and complaints timely
4. 管理宴會餐具、布草、酒水物料庫存,定期盤點,嚴控損耗與運營成本
Manage inventory of banquet tableware, linens and beverage supplies, conduct stocktaking to reduce waste and control costs
5. 培訓員工宴會服務、酒會分餐、會議茶歇等標準化操作,提升團隊服務能力
Train associate on standard operations including banquet service, cocktail reception and conference coffee breaks
6. 聯動廚房、前廳、工程、PA 等部門,完成活動前后場地布置、收尾清潔工作
Collaborate with kitchen, front office, engineering and PA teams for venue setup and post-event clearance
任職條件 Criteria:
1. 2 年以上高端酒店宴會現場管理經驗,熟悉會議、婚宴、酒會各類活動流程
Over 2 years banquet supervisory experience in international hotels, familiar with conferences, weddings and cocktail receptions
2. 具備基礎英語溝通能力,擅長活動統籌、庫存盤點及突發客訴現場處理
Basic oral English communication skills, good at event coordination, inventory management and on-site complaint handling
3. 擁有班組管理帶教能力,能適應晚間、周末及大型宴會高強度加班
Capable of team management and training, able to work overtime during evenings, weekends and large-scale banquets
