Supervise the preparation of meal cards to provide a basis for setting sales prices. Prepare the decadal report on catering sales analysis, adjust catering prices, and provide information in a timely manner.
督促編制配餐卡,為制定銷售價格提供依據。編制餐飲銷售分析旬報,調整餐飲價,及時提供信息。
Communicate with various kitchens, restaurants, and bars, provide cost information, and reduce costs.
與各廚房餐廳酒吧溝通,提供成本信息,降低成本。
Regularly conduct market price investigations and analyses together with the Purchasing Department and Catering Department to more effectively control purchase prices.
定期與采購部、餐飲部共同對市場價格進行調查、分析,更有效地控制進價。
Responsible for preparing monthly dietary cost reports.
負責編制每月飲食成本報告。
Strictly enforce relevant procedures and standards for the purchase, acceptance, storage, and release of various items, food, and beverages.
嚴格各種物品、食品、飲品的購入、驗收、入庫出庫等有關手續和標準。
【Job Requirements 崗位要求】
Have a financial major degree of more than 3 years or an accountant qualification; have more than 2 years of work experience in this position, and more than 2 years of work experience in the cost accounting position.
具有3以上財務專業學歷或會計師資格;具有本崗2年以上工作經驗,在成本核算崗位工作2年以上。
Has strong management, communication, coordination abilities and team collaboration awareness.
具有較強的管理、溝通、協調能力和團隊協作意識。
Upright and honest in character, with good professional ethics and qualities, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Able to conduct targeted analysis on cost accounting indicators and provide reasonable suggestions appropriately.
