Be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the Western restaurant, ensuring the standardization and normalization of service processes.
全面負責西餐廳日常運營管理工作,確保服務流程規范化和標準化。
Supervise and guide the work of waiters, improve team service quality and customer satisfaction.
監督并指導服務員工作,提升團隊服務質量和客戶滿意度。
Formulate shift schedules, reasonably allocate human resources, and ensure sufficient service personnel at all times.
制定排班計劃,合理調配人力資源,確保各時段服務人員充足。
Handle guest complaints and emergencies, and maintain the hotel's brand image.
處理客人投訴及突發事件,維護酒店品牌形象。
Regularly inspect restaurant facilities and equipment to ensure operational safety and compliance with hygiene standards.
定期檢查餐廳設施設備,確保運營安全及衛生達標。
Assist in formulating and implementing restaurant promotional activities to achieve monthly revenue targets.
協助制定并執行餐廳促銷活動,完成月度營收目標。
Responsible for new employee onboarding training and in-service employee skill enhancement training.
負責新員工入職培訓及在崗員工技能提升培訓。
Regularly take stock of restaurant supplies to control operating costs.
定期盤點餐廳物資,控制運營成本。
【Job Requirements 崗位要求】
Have basic knowledge in hotel management or related fields, and those with experience in Western restaurant work are preferred.
具備酒店管理或相關領域基礎知識,有西餐廳工作經驗者優先。
Excellent team management skills, capable of effectively motivating subordinate employees.
優秀的團隊管理能力,能有效激勵下屬員工。
Fluent Mandarin communication skills, basic English conversational ability.
流利的普通話溝通能力,基本英語會話能力。
Be familiar with Western dining service procedures and standards, and understand Western dining culture.
熟悉西餐服務流程及標準,了解西餐文化。
Possess strong adaptability and customer service awareness.
具備較強的應變能力和客戶服務意識。
Able to adapt to rotating work shifts between morning and evening.
能夠適應早晚班輪班工作制。
Good cost control awareness and data analysis capabilities.
