Coordinate with the kitchen, service team, and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of banquet events.

Formulate banquet service standards and train employees to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
制定宴會服務標準并培訓員工,提升服務質量與客戶滿意度。
Handle emergencies and customer complaints during banquets, and maintain the hotel's reputation.
處理宴會期間的突發情況及客戶投訴,維護酒店聲譽。
Control banquet costs, manage material inventory and equipment maintenance.
控制宴會成本,管理物資庫存及設備維護。
【Job Requirements 崗位要求】
?Have work experience in banquet service or hotel-related fields, and be familiar with banquet procedures.

Excellent organizational and coordination skills, capable of efficiently coordinating multi-department collaboration.
