Responsible for the daily operation and management of the Chinese restaurant, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

Supervise employees' work performance, create schedules, and coordinate personnel assignments.
監督員工工作表現,制定排班表并協調人員分工。
Handle customer complaints and emergencies, and maintain a good image of the restaurant.
處理顧客投訴及突發事件,維護餐廳良好形象。
Implement hotel hygiene and safety standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
執行酒店衛生安全標準,確保符合行業規范。
Regularly train employees in service skills and product knowledge.
定期培訓員工服務技能與產品知識。
【Job Requirements 崗位要求】
Have work experience in the catering service industry, and those with team management experience are preferred.
具備餐飲服務行業工作經驗,有團隊管理經驗優先。
Familiar with the operation process and service standards of Chinese cuisine.
熟悉中餐運營流程及服務標準。
Possess good communication, coordination abilities and the ability to handle emergencies.
具備良好的溝通協調能力和突發事件處理能力。
Work carefully and conscientiously, able to withstand strong work pressure.
工作細致認真,能承受較強的工作壓力。
Fluent in Mandarin, and basic English communication skills are preferred.
普通話流利,基礎英語溝通能力更佳。
