【崗位職責(zé)】
1.預(yù)測并關(guān)注部門整體業(yè)績以確保每日工作及任務(wù)及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地完成,發(fā)展并組織預(yù)訂員做在職培訓(xùn)。
2.監(jiān)督每天預(yù)定部的運(yùn)行狀況,為指導(dǎo)及引導(dǎo)預(yù)定部文員與其他部門的協(xié)作起到示范作用。
3.監(jiān)督部門的運(yùn)行包括電話接聽,預(yù)定輸入正確性,平衡每天系統(tǒng)誤差紀(jì)錄。
4.確保所有員工主動upsell并且努力增加酒店收益和顧客滿意度。
5.與銷售/宴會統(tǒng)籌部相協(xié)作使團(tuán)隊(duì)數(shù)與客人名單正常進(jìn)行。
6.準(zhǔn)備好每月的返傭紀(jì)錄。
7.回顧每周團(tuán)隊(duì)情況,如有變化時(shí)時(shí)向市場銷售總監(jiān)報(bào)告。
8.更新3天客房率預(yù)報(bào)并且分派到相關(guān)部門。
9.為員工做勸導(dǎo)/面談以確保實(shí)時(shí)地糾正不正確行為。
10.為每位員工設(shè)立清晰的指導(dǎo)方針時(shí)從幫協(xié)助并且很好的進(jìn)行跟蹤指導(dǎo)。
11.適時(shí)回顧并管理員工平時(shí)表現(xiàn),并作記錄以便將來跟蹤回顧。
12.根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)和酒店的需要,隨時(shí)增加的其他職責(zé)和任務(wù)。[Job Responsibilities]
- Forecast and monitor overall departmental performance to ensure daily tasks and assignments are completed accurately and on time; develop and organize on-the-job training for reservation agents.
- Supervise the daily operation of the Reservations department, serving as a role model in guiding and directing reservation agents to collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Oversee departmental operations, including call handling, accuracy of reservation entries, and balancing daily system discrepancy records.
- Ensure all team members actively upsell and strive to increase hotel revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Sales / Event Management teams to facilitate group blocks and guest lists.
- Prepare monthly commission records.
- Review weekly group pick-up and report any changes to the Director of Sales & Marketing in a timely manner.
- Update the 3-day rolling forecast and distribute it to relevant departments.
- Conduct counseling/interview sessions with employees to ensure timely correction of improper behavior.
- Provide assistance and effective follow-up guidance while establishing clear guidelines for each employee.
- Review and manage employee performance in a timely manner, maintaining documentation for future tracking and follow-up.
- Perform any other duties and tasks as assigned based on business and hotel needs.
【崗位要求】
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷教育水平。
2.中英文口語和書寫流利。
3.三年以上國際五星級酒店同等崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域同等經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4.能熟練操作電腦系統(tǒng)者優(yōu)先。
5.了解本地客戶的情況并具有很強(qiáng)的市場分析能力。
6.具有策略性、創(chuàng)造性及靈活性。
7.年齡45周歲及以下,條件優(yōu)秀者可適當(dāng)放寬。[Job Requirements]
- College degree or above.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar position within an international five-star hotel, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in computer system operation is preferred.
- Knowledge of local client profiles and strong market analysis capabilities.
- Strategic, creative, and flexible.
- Age 45 years or below; candidates with exceptional qualifications may be considered for age relaxation.
