【崗位職責(zé)】
1. 確保所有的工程維修和預(yù)防性維計(jì)劃按要求完成。
2. 值班期間巡查酒店機(jī)電系統(tǒng)設(shè)備與各區(qū)設(shè)施設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀況,確保各項(xiàng)運(yùn)行指標(biāo)平穩(wěn)并符合運(yùn)營要求;發(fā)生任何異常情況要及時(shí),要采取有效措施妥善處置,并及時(shí)上報(bào)總工程師
3. 組織每日早會(huì),匯報(bào)工程部昨日維修工量、店內(nèi)活動(dòng)、設(shè)備狀況、能源使用、遺留未決等情況,關(guān)注住客或運(yùn)營反饋,檢查核心系統(tǒng)機(jī)房設(shè)備值班巡查情況,跟蹤當(dāng)日部門專業(yè)班組工作銷項(xiàng)。
4. 接收分配并跟進(jìn)所有的工作申請(qǐng)單和報(bào)修單。
5. 工程保修單劃分輕重緩急并協(xié)調(diào)督導(dǎo)專業(yè)班組及時(shí)完成。
6. 查找故障、操作、維修并保養(yǎng)設(shè)備,確保區(qū)域內(nèi)所有設(shè)備正常工作。
7. 落實(shí)、檢查并更新專業(yè)內(nèi)設(shè)備設(shè)施運(yùn)行巡查記錄與預(yù)防性維修記錄,按月匯總整理入檔。
8. 關(guān)注專業(yè)班組與運(yùn)行班組員工狀態(tài),對(duì)班內(nèi)發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況要及時(shí)了解情況并及時(shí)幫助解決處理。
9. 督導(dǎo)重要工程維修及增改工程施工,控制質(zhì)量與進(jìn)度。
10. 協(xié)助外來施工單位辦理施工手續(xù),檢查具備安全施工條件后辦理施工許可證、安全協(xié)議等。
11. 緊急事故與故障的處理。
12. 在保障安全運(yùn)行和營業(yè)前提下,做好節(jié)能降耗工作。
13. 保持工程部所有工作區(qū)域干凈整潔。
14. 做好書面與現(xiàn)場交接班。
15. 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要,可隨時(shí)增加其他職責(zé)和任務(wù)。1. Ensure all engineering maintenance and preventative maintenance plans are completed as required.?
2. During shifts, inspect the hotel's electromechanical systems and facilities in all areas to ensure stable operating indicators and compliance with operational requirements; promptly address any abnormalities, take effective measures to handle them properly, and report to the Chief Engineer immediately.?
3. Organize daily morning meetings to report on the engineering department's maintenance workload, in-hotel activities, equipment status, energy usage, outstanding issues, etc.; pay attention to guest or operational feedback; check the on-duty inspection of core system room equipment; and track the completion of daily tasks by departmental professional teams.?
4. Receive, assign, and follow up on all work requests and repair requests.?
5. Prioritize engineering warranty orders and coordinate with professional teams to complete them promptly.?
6. Locate, operate, repair, and maintain equipment to ensure all equipment in the area is functioning properly.?
7. Implement, inspect, and update the operational inspection records and preventative maintenance records for equipment and facilities within the professional team, and compile and file them monthly.?
8. Monitor the status of professional and operational team staff; promptly understand and assist in resolving any abnormalities discovered during shifts.?
9. Supervise the construction of important engineering repairs and modifications, controlling quality and progress.?
10. Assist external construction companies in obtaining construction permits, and after verifying that safe construction conditions are met, process construction permits, safety agreements, etc. 11. Handle emergencies and malfunctions.?
12. Implement energy conservation and consumption reduction measures while ensuring safe operation and business continuity.?
13. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all work areas of the engineering department.?
14. Conduct thorough written and on-site shift handover.?
15. Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
【崗位要求】
1. 大專以上文化程度,3年以上星級(jí)酒店同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2. 持有高壓電工操作證與相關(guān)專業(yè)操作證;持電梯設(shè)備管理證書者優(yōu)先考慮。
3. 掌握機(jī)電工程設(shè)備設(shè)施基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。
4. 能組織和督導(dǎo)本崗位工作計(jì)劃的實(shí)施,確保工程部的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。1. College diploma or above, with at least 3 years of experience in the same position at a star-rated hotel.?
2. Holding a high-voltage electrician's operating certificate and related professional operating certificates; those holding an elevator equipment management certificate will be given priority.?
3. Possessing basic knowledge of electromechanical engineering equipment and facilities.?
4. Able to organize and supervise the implementation of the work plan for this position, ensuring the normal operation of the engineering department.?
