[崗位職責(zé)]
1.及時(shí)接聽并回答客人的詢問,正確地轉(zhuǎn)接電話并向客人提供所需信息。
2.熟悉話務(wù)臺(tái)系統(tǒng),電話計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng),叫醒系統(tǒng)以及點(diǎn)餐系統(tǒng)的操作。
3.了解并分享酒店的活動(dòng)信息,包括但不限于酒店的會(huì)議活動(dòng)和餐廳的促銷活動(dòng)等。
4.正確處理客人投訴和反饋意見,必要時(shí)反饋給賓客服務(wù)經(jīng)理進(jìn)行跟進(jìn),確保客人滿意。
5.確保所有團(tuán)隊(duì)成員都知道所有的目標(biāo)任務(wù),積極完成并保持對(duì)業(yè)績(jī)結(jié)果的了解。
6.能有計(jì)劃且高質(zhì)高效完成部門新員工培訓(xùn),月度培訓(xùn)等,并積極配合酒店組織的各項(xiàng)培訓(xùn)。
7.定期組織部門會(huì)議。
8.根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)和酒店的需要,隨時(shí)增加的其他職責(zé)和任務(wù)。[Job Responsibilities]
- Answer guest inquiries in a timely manner, transfer calls correctly, and provide guests with the information they request.
- Be familiar with the operation of the switchboard system, call billing system, wake-up call system, and in-room dining ordering system.
- Stay informed about and share hotel event information, including but not limited to meeting/event activities and restaurant promotions.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback appropriately; escalate to the Guest Service Manager for follow-up when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all team members are aware of all target tasks, actively work to complete them, and stay informed of performance results.
- Plan and efficiently complete departmental new employee training, monthly training, etc., while actively cooperating with various training programs organized by the hotel.
- Organize departmental meetings on a regular basis.
- Perform any other duties and tasks as assigned based on business and hotel needs.
[崗位要求]
1.兩年以上國際五星級(jí)酒店同等崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2.大專及以上學(xué)歷,英語口語流利。
3.具有較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力。
4.強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感及自我激勵(lì)能力。
5.有耐心,積極向上,能從容應(yīng)對(duì)各種突發(fā)情況。
6.年齡40周歲及以下,條件優(yōu)秀者可適當(dāng)放寬。[Job Requirements]
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within an international five-star hotel.
- College degree or above, with fluent spoken English.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- High sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
- Patient, positive, and able to handle various unexpected situations calmly.
- Age 40 years or below; candidates with exceptional qualifications may be considered for age relaxation.
