【崗位職責】
1.全面統籌水療中心(含理療、健身、泳池、兒童俱樂部等)日常運營,確保服務、衛生、安全及品牌標準零缺陷。
2.制定年度預算與收益策略,嚴控成本,通過會員體系、市場營銷、套餐創新及跨部門聯動實現收入與利潤持續優化。
3.主導新項目/酒店籌開:從功能布局、設備選型、SOP 編制到團隊組建、市場預熱,實現籌開工作高品質落地。
4.建立并持續優化服務流程與培訓體系,親自督導 VIP 接待與重大投訴處理,確保賓客滿意度與復購率穩步提升。
5.根據業務和酒店的需要,隨時增加的其他職責和任務。
- Oversee daily operations of the spa center (including therapy, fitness, swimming pool, kids club, etc.), ensuring zero-defect service, hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
- Develop annual budgets and revenue strategies, strictly control costs, and drive continuous optimization of revenue and profit through membership systems, marketing initiatives, package innovation, and cross-department collaboration.
- Lead new projects/hotel pre-opening: from functional layout, equipment selection, SOP development to team building and market preheating, achieving high-quality delivery of pre-opening work.
- Establish and continuously optimize service processes and training systems; personally supervise VIP reception and major complaint handling to ensure steady improvement in guest satisfaction and repurchase rate.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned based on business and hotel needs.
【崗位要求】
1.大專及以上學歷,5–10 年以上國際奢華酒店或高端度假村水療管理經驗,至少 1 次完整籌開經歷。
2.精通水療全鏈路運營(理療、健身、零售、會員、財務),具備敏銳市場洞察與卓越領導力,英語流利。
3.年齡45周歲及以下,形象端正,責任心強。4.具備水療治療師資格證書優先考慮。
5.高度的對客服務意識。
EDUCATION:?
Business administration qualification. (an advantage)
Beauty/spa therapist qualification. (an advantage)
Experience with Advanced Cosmetology. (an advantage)
First Aid and CPR Certificate.
EXPERIENCE: To fill the position, one?of the following is required:
5-10 years’ spa management experience in an international standard spa.
Previous experience in a 5 star hotel spa.
LANGUAGE: Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment:Local language – excellent oral and written skills (as applicable)
English – excellent oral and written skills
