【崗位職責】
1.負責酒店安全體系的建立與維護,制定并執行安全管理制度和應急預案。
2.統籌酒店日常安全巡查,包括消防設施、監控系統、出入口管理等關鍵區域。
3.組織安全培訓與演練,提升全員安全意識和應急處理能力。
4.處理突發事件及安全事故,主導調查并提交改進方案。
5.協調與公安、消防、派出所、應急管理局等政府部門的對接工作。
6.管理安保團隊,優化排班及工作流程。
7.計劃﹑部署VIP客人﹑重要活動及非常時期的安全保衛工作,并檢查落實,確保萬無一失。征求賓客和企業部門的意見建議,隨時接受并妥善處理客人投訴,不斷改進保安服務工作,維護企業聲譽。
8.根據業務和酒店的需要,隨時增加的其他職責和任務。Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the hotel's security system, and for formulating and implementing security management policies and emergency response plans.
- Oversee daily security patrols of the hotel, including key areas such as fire safety equipment, surveillance systems, and entrance/exit management.
- Organize security training and drills to enhance the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all staff.
- Handle emergencies and safety incidents, lead investigations, and submit improvement plans.
- Coordinate with government authorities including the public security bureau, fire department, local police stations, and emergency management bureaus.
- Manage the security team, optimizing scheduling and work procedures.
- Plan and deploy security measures for VIP guests, important events, and critical periods; conduct inspections to ensure foolproof execution. Solicit feedback from guests and hotel departments, promptly address and properly handle guest complaints, continuously improve security services, and uphold the hotel’s reputation.
- Perform any additional duties and tasks as required based on operational and hotel needs.
【崗位要求】
1.學歷大專及以上。
2.年齡40周歲及以下,條件優秀者可適當放寬。
3.具備3年及以上同等品牌酒店安全管理工作經驗,有國際聯號工作經歷優先。
4.熟悉國家安全法規及酒店行業安全標準。
5.對電腦辦公軟件如:Excel、PPT、Word能熟練運用。
6.熟練使用安防監控系統及消防報警設備。
7.具備優秀的突發事件處置與團隊協調能力。Job Requirements:
- Associate degree or above.
- Aged 40 years or younger; candidates with exceptional qualifications may be considered with appropriate flexibility.
- At least 3 years of experience in security management at a hotel of a comparable brand; prior experience with international hotel chains is preferred.
- Familiar with national safety regulations and hotel industry security standards.
- Proficient in using computer office software such as Excel, PPT, and Word.
- Skilled in operating security surveillance systems and fire alarm equipment.
- Excellent ability to handle emergencies and strong team coordination skills.
