【崗位職責】
1. 根據酒店各部門(前廳、客房、餐飲、工程、行政等)的月度 / 季度需求,制定分品類采購計劃,明確采購品類、數量、預算、到貨周期,確保物資供應與酒店運營節奏匹配。
2. 負責日常物資的采購執行,包括詢價、比價、議價,形成3家及以上供應商報價對比表,確保采購價格符合酒店成本控制標準。
3. 跟蹤采購訂單全流程,協調供應商按時、按質、按量交貨,處理到貨驗收中的質量問題、數量差異,及時辦理退換貨或索賠。
4. 完善采購流程,規范采購申請、審批、下單、驗收、付款的全流程管理,確保所有采購行為符合酒店財務制度和內控要求,杜絕違規采購。
5. 配合財務部門完成采購發票審核、對賬、付款申請等工作,提供準確的采購數據和憑證。6. 負責及時了解市場趨勢和產品信息。
7. 負責確保進行公平競爭的競標,并以合規的方式授予業務。
8. 負責監控滯銷和積壓庫存,并確保庫存水平符合運營需求。
9. 負責確保就任何可能影響運營的事項與所有部門進行溝通。
10. 負責采購部門員工的監督、培訓和激勵。
11. 負責招聘、紀律處分、績效評估、排班等工作。
12. 負責履行財務總監分配的其他職責,并根據需要協助財務部門的其他工作。
13. 負責就任何差異或其他潛在問題與財務總監溝通。
14. 根據業務和酒店的需要,可能會隨時增加其他職責和任務。1. Develop categorized procurement plans based on the monthly/quarterly needs of various hotel departments (Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Administration, etc.), clearly defining the procurement categories, quantities, budgets, and delivery cycles to ensure that material supply matches the hotel's operational rhythm.
2. Responsible for the daily procurement execution, including price inquiries, comparisons, and negotiations, generating a comparison table of quotations from at least three suppliers to ensure that procurement prices comply with the hotel's cost control standards.
3. Track the entire procurement order process, coordinate with suppliers to deliver goods on time, in accordance with quality and quantity requirements, handle quality issues and quantity discrepancies during delivery and acceptance, and promptly process returns, exchanges, or claims.
4. Improve the procurement process, standardize the entire process management of procurement applications, approvals, order placement, acceptance, and payments, ensuring that all procurement activities comply with the hotel's financial regulations and internal control requirements, and preventing unauthorized procurement.
5. Cooperate with the finance department to complete procurement invoice review, reconciliation, payment applications, and other tasks, providing accurate procurement data and vouchers.6. Responsible for keeping up to date with latest trends and products.
7. Responsible for ensuring that competitive bidding is taking place and that business is awarded fairly and ethically.
8. Responsible for monitoring slow moving and dead stock as well as keeping the stock levels in accordance with operational needs.
9. Responsible for that communication is taking place with all departments in regards to matters that would in any way affect the operation.
10. Repsonsible for supervising, training and motivating the Purchasing department staff.
11. Responsible for hiring, disciplinary actions, evaluations, scheduling, etc.
12. Reponsible for performing any additional duties assigned by the controller and assisting in other areas of Finance as needed.
13. Responsible for communicating with Financial Controller on any discrepancies or other potential problems.
14. Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
【崗位要求】
1.具備5年及以上酒店采購管理經驗,其中2年以上經理崗位經驗,熟悉酒店各品類物資(餐飲食材、客房用品、工程設備、行政物資等)的采購流程和市場行情。
2.有高星級酒店同崗位工作經驗者優先。
3.熟悉供應商開發、評估、維護的全流程,具備良好的商務談判技巧,能夠建立穩定的供應商合作關系。
4.熟悉酒店采購內控流程,能夠制定和優化采購管理制度、合同模板,確保采購工作規范化。
5.熟悉酒店核心采購品類的質量標準,例如能夠辨別餐飲食材的新鮮度、客房布草的材質和工藝、工程設備的規格參數等。1. Possess 5+ years of hotel procurement management experience, including at least 2 years as a manager, and be familiar with the procurement processes and market conditions for various hotel supplies (food and beverage ingredients, guest room linens, engineering equipment, administrative supplies, etc.).
2. Prior experience in a similar role at a high-star hotel is preferred.
3. Familiar with the entire process of supplier development, evaluation, and maintenance; possess excellent business negotiation skills and be able to establish stable supplier relationships.
4. Familiar with hotel procurement internal control processes; able to develop and optimize procurement management systems and contract templates to ensure standardized procurement work.
5. Familiar with the quality standards of core hotel procurement categories, such as being able to identify the freshness of food and beverage ingredients, the material and workmanship of guest room linens, and the specifications of engineering equipment.
