職位描述

【崗位職責(zé)】

1. 作為酒店總經(jīng)理的業(yè)務(wù)伙伴和管理團(tuán)隊的可靠顧問,將通過在本地落實戰(zhàn)略性人力資源議程,助力酒店實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)。該戰(zhàn)略議程側(cè)重于人才的吸引、發(fā)展、激勵和保留,確保有效的績效管理,支持組織架構(gòu)設(shè)計和人力資源規(guī)劃,并確保高效合規(guī)的人力資源運(yùn)營。
2. 將為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊提供組織和人事方面的支持和指導(dǎo),幫助他們實現(xiàn)賓客服務(wù)和業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)。
3. 將在本地市場及其他地區(qū)維護(hù)和發(fā)展強(qiáng)大的雇主品牌,通過多種渠道實施高效創(chuàng)新的高級人才招聘和批量招聘,并建立有效的入職流程。
4. 通過員工溝通、創(chuàng)意活動和賽事,提升員工敬業(yè)度;積極跟進(jìn)敬業(yè)度調(diào)查結(jié)果和持續(xù)反饋;主動處理員工申訴問題。
5. 了解酒店作為雇主在市場中的競爭定位,并根據(jù)市場和內(nèi)部基準(zhǔn)制定合適的薪酬福利結(jié)構(gòu)。
6. 制定并實施年度預(yù)算和人員配置指南,密切跟蹤人事成本,并編制本地管理報告和公司報告。
7. 確保公司和本地政策及流程得到有效傳達(dá)和執(zhí)行。
8. 確保人力資源管理高效合規(guī),符合凱賓斯基標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)要求,包括監(jiān)督內(nèi)部和外部薪資服務(wù)。
9.?確保遵守當(dāng)?shù)貏趧臃ê鸵泼穹ǎ⑻幚砣魏畏蓡栴},包括員工紀(jì)律處分。

10. 有效領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人力資源團(tuán)隊,包括招聘、人事行政和員工住宿安排等工作。
11. 實施全球績效管理、人才管理和繼任計劃流程,并跟進(jìn)內(nèi)部人才的發(fā)展和流動,包括有效管理晉升、調(diào)動、交叉培訓(xùn)和任務(wù)分配。
12. 負(fù)責(zé)酒店層面新全球舉措的推廣項目管理,并參與新工具(例如人力資源信息系統(tǒng))的設(shè)計和實施。
13. 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要,可隨時增加其他職責(zé)和任務(wù)。

  • As a Business Partner to the hotel's General Director and trusted advisor to the management team, support the delivery of the ambitious business objectives of the hotel by locally delivering the strategic HR agenda focused on attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent, ensuring effective performance management, supporting organizational design and workforce planning, and ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations.
  • Support and coach the leadership team in any organizational and people topics, to help them achieve their guest service and business objectives.?
  • Maintain and develop a strong employer brand in the local market and beyond, implement effective and innovative search and selection for senior as well as volume recruitment through a variety of sources, as well as an effective onboarding process.
  • Drive strong colleague engagement through employee communication and creative activities and events, and ensure proactive follow up on engagement survey results and ongoing feedback, handle staff grievance issues proactively
  • Understand the competitive positioning of the hotel as an employer in the market and create appropriate compensation & benefits structures based on market and internal benchmarking
  • Plan and implement an annual budget and manning guide, following up closely on personnel costs, and preparing local management reporting as well as corporate reports
  • Ensures that corporate and?local policies & procedures are communicated and implemented.?
  • Ensure an efficient and compliant HR administration according to Kempinski standards and local requirements, including supervision of internal and external payroll services.?
  • Ensure compliance with local labour and immigration law and handle any legal issues including staff disciplinary actions.
  • Effectively lead the HR team including recruiting, HR administration, and staff accommodation functions
  • Implement global performance management and talent management and succession planning processes, and follow up on the development and mobility of internal talent, including effective management of promotions, transfers, cross-trainings and task force assignments
  • Project manange the roll-out of new global initiatives at the hotel and contribute to the design and implementation of new tools, e,g, HR information systems
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business.

【崗位要求】

  3. 語言:當(dāng)?shù)卣Z言:必須精通大多數(shù)員工和管理層使用的當(dāng)?shù)卣Z言(必備),英語:必須精通英語口語和書面表達(dá)(必備) ,如果酒店的工作語言不是英語,則至少需要具備良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。掌握其他語言者優(yōu)先考慮。
  4. 職能能力:(所有必備)a. 具備人力資源專業(yè)素養(yǎng),擁有成功管理高效合規(guī)的人力資源運(yùn)營(包括人力資源行政和薪資管理,以及在適用情況下管理員工設(shè)施,例如住宿)的成熟能力。b. 能夠?qū)嵤┩晟频恼衅浮⑷瞬抛R別和發(fā)展、績效管理以及提升員工體驗的流程。c. 能夠根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)和競爭定位制定戰(zhàn)略性人力資源計劃。d. 能夠為酒店管理層提供與其團(tuán)隊和組織相關(guān)的人力資源咨詢服務(wù)。e. 擁有預(yù)算和人力規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗。f. 了解當(dāng)?shù)貏趧臃ā⒁泼穹ㄒ约爱?dāng)?shù)卣摺⒎ㄒ?guī)和市場慣例。g. 熟練使用計算機(jī)(Excel/PowerPoint/Word),理想情況下具備人力資源信息系統(tǒng)(Oracle、Successfactors)的使用經(jīng)驗。

EDUCATION:

  • Relevant university degree, e.g. in law, business administration, economics, HR management (Must have)
  • A Master’s degree and/or a relevant professional accreditation would be a plus

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 8 years’ experience in HR management roles in the (luxury) hospitality industry, with at least 4 years of leadership of HR teams in an organisation of a similar size (Must have)
  • Significant working experience in the respective region (Must have)

LANGUAGE:

  • Local language: Proficiency in the local language spoken by the majority of staff and management is a must (Must have)
  • English: Proficiency in oral and written English is a must. (Must have) Where English is not the working language at the hotel, at least very good understanding and good working knowledge of spoken and written English is required.
  • Other languages would be a plus.?

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:?

  • HR professional with a proven ability to successfully manage efficient and compliant HR operations including HR administration & payroll, and where applicable, staff facilities (such as accommodation)?
  • Ability to implement robust processes for recruiting, identifying and developing talent, managing performance, and delivering an engaging employee experience?
  • Ability to deliver a strategic HR agenda based on business objectives and competitive positioning?
  • HR advisory capacity for senior Directors in matters relating to their teams and organisation?
  • Experience with budget and workforce planning
  • Understanding of local labour and immigration law and local policies, regulations, and market practices
  • Computer literacy (Excel/Power Point/Word), ideally including experience with HR information systems (Oracle, Successfactors)?
