2. Director of Marketing & Communication performs her duties within the framework defined by the Banyan Tree Group, hotel norms and by internal rules and regulations as specified by Director of Sales & Marketing

3. Draws up the Public Relation action, advertising and media plan on an annual basis for the hotel
每年為飯店制定公關(guān)及媒體宣傳計(jì)劃
4. Organize regular visits by professional persons from the media and members of the trade to the hotel
定期組織新聞界和商界人士參觀飯店
5. Ensures that stationary and printed items are standardized and conforms to the Banyan Tree standards
確保所有文具和印刷品完全符合集團(tuán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
6. Ensure optimum publicity is created for all major hotel happening
飯店的每次宣傳都有助于為飯店建立良好的聲望
7. Supervise taking of photographs and prepare news release of events undertaken by the hotel
管理有關(guān)為飯店拍照撰寫的新聞事宜
8. Organizes both internal and external PR and digital Marketing activities. e.g. inter-departmental or in-house activities
組織店內(nèi)外公關(guān)活動(dòng)及渠道市場(chǎng)推廣活動(dòng)。
9. Maintains contact with professional people, members of the press/media both local and international and any other persons who are clients or potential clients of the hotel
與國(guó)內(nèi)外新聞界人士以及飯店其他有潛力客戶保持聯(lián)系
10. Maintains contact, coordinates with all other departments of the hotel, and may have contact with other Marketing Managers at a regional level. Ensures the smooth operation of the PR and Marketing head office.

11. Special projects / ad-hoc assignments as and well assigned.

12. Prepares monitors and controls the Media annual budget and ensure every PR and marketing activity has the max effect.
掌握和控制酒店公關(guān)年度預(yù)算并確保每個(gè)酒店公關(guān)及市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)能夠發(fā)揮最大效用。
13. Maintains the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handing business affairs.
在處理業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)最大限度的保守機(jī)密并小心謹(jǐn)慎。
14. Monitors awareness of competitor activities and use information when developing strategies
充分了解競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的情況,根據(jù)市場(chǎng)需要不斷革新公關(guān)策略
15. Storing and keeping all confidential information.
保存和保守所有機(jī)密信息。
16. Observe the Labor Law.
