GENERAL MISSION 職責(zé)概述
Responsible for the accurate dissemination of information in coordinating the activities of the floors and Front Office and vice versa and other departments of the Hotel and guests.
負(fù)責(zé)與前廳和樓層密切聯(lián)系,以確保信息的準(zhǔn)確。同時要與其它部門和客人密切聯(lián)系。
To ensure efficiency in its performance by providing reliable information relayed from other department outside callers and highly responsible in doing necessary follow-ups.
給其它部門的顧客提供可靠的信息,確保高效的工作,并負(fù)責(zé)落實相關(guān)事物。
To assist in administration for Housekeeping operations.
協(xié)助客房部的管理工作。
Maintain proper communication, coordination with guest, employee outside/inside department particularly Front Office and Engineering.
保持正確的溝通,協(xié)調(diào)客人、員工、部門內(nèi)外以及與工程部和前廳部的關(guān)系。

As the center of communication, responsible for receiving incoming calls from guest, in/out of department and convey it through proper channel.
作為交流的中心,負(fù)責(zé)接聽和正確處理客人、部門內(nèi)外的電話。
Log down all information received with the name of caller and information.
詳細(xì)記錄所接收的信息和來電人的姓名。
Communicates with person concerned on matter of the hotel, especially guestrooms, public area, linen and laundry sections.
遇到具體問題,要與客房、公共區(qū)域、布草和洗衣房的相關(guān)人聯(lián)系。
Receives the VIP arrival and departure lists from FO/Sales and inform the Floor?Manager and supervisor assigned in the area.
從前廳部/銷售部接到貴賓入住和退房通知并將情況通知樓層經(jīng)理和當(dāng)班主管。
Accurately translate coaching and counseling sessions between Floor?managers and associates.
當(dāng)樓層經(jīng)理給員工教導(dǎo)時做準(zhǔn)確的翻譯和記錄。
Write down in logbook all unusual things such as:

l?Sick call
客人生病的電話。
l?Guest instructions / requests etc.
客人的指示/要求.
l?Extra items issued to the guest and other items loaned out.

Passes on all information from other departments to the person concerned.

Issues / receives floors and public area keys and make sure that the issuance / return control logbook is signed by the person concerned.
向樓層和工作區(qū)域分發(fā)和接收鑰匙同時保證發(fā)放和接收時的簽名登記。
Performs other duties that maybe assigned to him / her by the superior.

Greets and is courteous to all guest and colleagues, use eye contact and always offer assistance.

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES行政職責(zé)
Prepare Housekeeper’s report and input into computer all room status report provided by the floor personnel.
通過樓層人員提供的信息向電腦里輸入所有房態(tài)報告 。
Record all incoming and outgoing calls in the logbook.
登記所有進(jìn)出電話。
Performs special duties as required by?EH.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES 技術(shù)職責(zé)
To attend to guests’ needs and complaints properly.
正確處理客人的需求和投訴。
Responsible for the cleanliness of your own work area.

To arrange baby-sitting request.
安排托嬰服務(wù)。
Keep files and records in good order to enable you to locate information as requested.
按順序保存文件以確保需要時能及時取出。
To provide service and information to hotel guests.
按客人的電話需求提供服務(wù)。
To check and endorse on master key control chart to incoming service coordinator.
交接班時檢查鑰匙并簽名。
Relays special instructions of guests to concerned floor personnel and follows-up until work is done.
跟樓層聯(lián)系,告知客人的需求并跟蹤完成的情況。
Coordinates with floor supervisors, G.S.A. all blocking, rushed rooms and necessary information related to the housekeeping operations.
協(xié)調(diào)樓層主管、樓層服務(wù)員,通知一些必要的客房運作信息,如封房和趕房。
Establish priorities of work and repairs to be done and constantly follow-up until work is completed.
提前通知需要完成和維修的工作并經(jīng)常跟蹤直至工作的完成。
Centralize and control all extra items on loan to guests and coordinate same to the floor personnel with proper records.
集中和控制客人借出的所有特殊物品,同時與樓層人員協(xié)調(diào),以確保正確記錄。
Files reports like discrepancy report, group blocking, complementary order, GSA assignment sheet and housekeeping status report.
將差異房報告、團(tuán)隊、免費物品的要求、客房服務(wù)員工作表以及客房房態(tài)表歸檔。
Assist in the lost/found section in the absence of secretary in charge.
負(fù)責(zé)處理失物招領(lǐng)處的工作。
Prepares housekeepers report and update room status in the computer.
準(zhǔn)備客房報告表,并在電腦里更新房態(tài)。
Supervise the daily office procedures as follows:
確保以下辦公室操作執(zhí)行:
l?Ensure Platinum and VIP pre-blocked rooms are received from the rooms controller by 10:00 A.M daily and assigned to the supervisors, notify the rooms controller when ready.
同前臺房態(tài)控制員于上午10點前預(yù)定好白金卡會員和貴賓的房間,并通知相應(yīng)主管,房間準(zhǔn)備好后通知房態(tài)控制員。
l?Ensure the daily discrepancy report twice daily is completed and distributed to the front office .
確保房態(tài)差異報告準(zhǔn)確完成并交給前廳部辦公室.
l?Monitor the room availability report hourly, advise supervisors when VR pool is on critical level.
每小時更新客房可賣房報告,當(dāng)可賣房很少時聯(lián)系主管。
l?Run the departure report daily at ?14:00 P.M, verify the status of each room on the list and report findings to the front desk.
在下午2點打印預(yù)退房報告,通知樓層檢查報告上的房間并通知前臺房間的情況。
l?Run and prepare VD report for the preventive maintenance attendant at 8:00 A.M and 1:00 P.M.
在早上8點和下午1點提供退房給做預(yù)防性維護(hù)的房間。
