MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 責任概要 :?

To Assist Demi Chef de Partie in the daily operation to produce high quality products to their best knowledge, to follow hotel policies and procedures and work practice.

6.?Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish.
