To manage the operation of assigned restaurant/s by developing and implementing strategies and services which meet the needs of owners, employees, and guests.

Participates in the development of business strategies for restaurant which are aligned with the overall objectives of the hotel:

§?Oversees the food and beverage service provided in assigned outlet; coaches employees on effective service and food presentation techniques

§?Inspects restaurants and lounge areas on an on-going basis and take appropriate steps to ensure facilities meet or exceed the hotel’s standards at all times.
在餐廳/酒廊進(jìn)行巡檢,并適當(dāng)?shù)某椴橐员WC所有的設(shè)施能夠達(dá)到或超越酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
§?Assist?in?Leading?monthly staff meetings; conducts daily pre-shift meetings to discuss specials, house count, reservations and new menu items.

§?Advise all outlet staff daily of VIP arrivals and in-house VIP’s

§?Assists in quarterly inventories.

§?Works closely with Executive Chef to develop menu pricing for beverage products.
