MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 責任概要 :

To provide consistent quality of food and services to internal and external customers, by adhering to and enforcing all Marriott Standards and Policies; training and guidance of trainees and attendants.

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 :

1.?Supervises Chinese & Banquet Kitchen?preparation shift operations and ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures.

2.?Assists Chinese & Banquet Kitchen?Chef and Executive Chef with kitchen operations as necessary.協助中餐及宴會廚房廚師長及行政總廚維持廚房的運營。

3.?Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks.

監督和協調廚師的工作。

4.?Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks.

協助廚師和廚房工作人員完成各種任務。

5.?Provide cooks with needed items.

為廚師提供所需物品。

6.?Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.

7.?Prepare cold foods.

8.?Prepare special meals or substitute items.
