GENERAL MISSION 職責概述

Primary operation of the Housekeeping Department on a day to day basis.

Working with the EH?to be proficient in the administrative operation of applicable departments of responsibility and for other special projects as may be requested.

Having a working knowledge of all housekeeping cleaning equipment and preventive maintenance program for such machines, responsible?for training all associates on proper usage and handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

General cleaning programs for guest rooms and respected public areas.

對酒店客房及樓層公共區域制定大清潔計劃。

Working with ENG conduct Preventive maintenance program to guest rooms also public area.

同工程部合作對客房及公共區域開展預防性維護。

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS 責任和方法

To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES 技術職責

1.?Weekly walk around, documented inspections of guest rooms, public areas and support facilities with EH.

???同行政管家對客房,公共區域及所轄其它區域進行每周的檢查并記錄存檔。

2.?Thorough Supervisor/Housekeeper?training and review process.

???對樓層主管及員工開展培訓。

3.?Comprehensive Work Order Program to ensure that work order are written, catalogued and follow up.

???開展工程維修計劃確保工單填寫準確,登記分類并跟進。

4.?Establish and maintain a daily “morning briefing” to greet and?update the staff and to inspect uniform cleanliness and compliance.

???主持早會點名并問候員工,檢查儀容儀表。

5.?Employ a personnel administration system which is responsitive, timely and fair.

???確保人事管理系統公正并得到及時更新。

6.?Active involvement in the budgetary systems of the department and hotel by: consistant preparation?of weekly budget progress reports,?participation in periodic inventories,?control/accounting of weekly overtime.

???積極參與部門及酒店預算制定:準備每周預算報告,開展定期盤點,每周加班統計控制。

7.?Ensure the assigned areas are properly cleaned daily.

8.?Work closely with and gain a working knowledge of front office, accounting and necessaty aspects of food and beverage and engineering departments.

9.?Consistantly inspect assigned areas and turn in inspection reports.
